She provides administrative, logistical and programmatic support for all of IDFR programs, including the Disaster Resilience Leadership (DRL) program and the Response for Innovations in Somalia (RISE) program. Previously, Courtni was the Program Coordinator for Tulane University’s Disaster Resilience Leadership Academy, where she supported international and domestic grant programs, including: Disaster Resilience Leadership (DRL) program (Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation), the Resilient Africa Network (USAID), Resilient Malian Children (UNICEF), the Gulf of Mexico Research Initiative (GoMRI) and CRS PROGRESS (USAID).
